What to expect before treatment
There’s no formal pre-op procedure for EMSculpt NEO because it is a non-invasive procedure, but we do recommend you refrain from heavily exercising the areas you’ll be receiving treatment on for three to five days prior, just to minimize muscle soreness and make sure you’re as comfortable as possible.
What to expect during treatment
During the EMSculpt procedure, the pads of the device will be placed on the treatment area, where they will emit radiofrequency and electromagnetic waves to induce muscle contractions. These contractions are more intense and frequent than what can be achieved through regular exercise and are used to stimulate the muscles. From start to finish, the procedure typically lasts about 30 minutes.
What to expect after treatment
