What to expect before treatment
There’s no formal pre-procedure for Emfemme 360 because it is non-surgical, but we do recommend you refrain from heavily exercising for three to five days prior, just to minimize soreness and make sure you’re as comfortable as possible.
What to expect during treatment
For the procedure itself, we’ll use a lubricated wand to deliver mild heat and radiofrequency to the treated area. You may experience slight discomfort, but the procedure should not be painful at all and only lasts about eight minutes.
What to expect after treatment
After the treatment, you may experience mild redness or swelling in the treatment area, which usually subsides within a few hours. We recommend you stick to light exercise for 24-48 hours following, but otherwise you may resume normal activity immediately afterward.
